REMEDIES AGAINST BUILDER FOROVER-PRICING & DELAY IN POSSESSION

. File Consumer Complaint (Best & Fastest Remedy)

You can file a complaint before:

  • District Consumer Commission (up to ₹50 lakh)
  • State Consumer Commission (₹50 lakh – ₹2 crore)
  • National Consumer Commission (NCDRC) (above ₹2 crore)
